1 John Tomlinson, Jr., appeals from the order denying his WIS. STAT.§ 974.06 (2005-06) motion. He argues that he received ineffective assistance of trial and appellate counsel, and that the circuit court erred when it denied his motion without holding a hearing. Because we conclude that the circuit court properly denied Tomlinsons motion without holding a hearing, we affirm.
